You will receive a digital sample (PDF by email) within 5 working days (within 1 working day for express orders). If you order a card with round corners, you will receive a sample card with right-angled corners!

After you have composed your card online, we finalise your design professionally in house with the upmost care to detail.  That is the reason why you are unable to see your design online, as we will provide you with your design via the PDF digital sample.  Obviously we will take your wishes into account, and are very happy to alter your design until you are completely satisfied.

You will always receive a digital sample via email.  If you would like to receive a paper sample, printed on your selected card quality, then this is available for an extra cost.  We will print these once we have received your final approval on the basis of the digital sample.  You can select the option for the paper sample on the order form.

After receiving the digital sample you will need to inform us of any alterations or give your final agreement in writing by email.  Only after receiving your confirmation and payment will we print your order.  You will receive confirmation by email, including information about how to provide the final texts for your baby or wedding announcement card.  

Baby cards

If the gender of your baby is yet unknown, you can select and design both a boy's and a girl's card in advance, and confirm which one should be printed once the baby is born.  Firstly compose the dsign for the girl's card.  After step 11 you click 'I wish to order something else', and then compose the boy's design, using the same sized card.  You will place two orders, both at the same price, but you will pay only for one order.  As soon as your baby is born, you instruct POPJE.COM whether to print the boy's or girl's card.

You will need to  provide the final details for the birth announcement (incl. name(s), weight, date and place of birth) via geboren@popje.com or by text on 0031 621 964692.  To ensure that these details have been received correctly, we advice you to confirm in addition in person by calling POPJE.COM on the same number.

Cancellations

Please mind that you can make no claim to your revocation right with respect to the tailor made cards (birth, wedding, adoption) or commissioned designs.  Should you wish to cancel an order after receiving the digital sample, then we will charge you.  Costs can be found under 'Prices'.
